Our next event focuses on a hidden gem in our midst. The Watch Factory Restaurant is not a new comer but there are many wine lovers who probably have never experienced dining there. And they’re missing a great opportunity because the Watch Factory,
under the tutelage of Chef Marcus Patsch, offers authentic Austrian cuisine. We are privileged to offer a pairing of wines with Austrian cuisine with a special speaker, Eric Litchfield, who knows more about Austrian wines than anyone in Connecticut.
This is truly a unique tasting event and by having both Marcus and Eric at the helm, you will learn more about Austrian cuisine and wine in less time than it takes to drive to the airport. So why fly when you can drive to Austria.
