Rioja – Spain’s Most Famous Wine Region
Many great wines are being produced throughout Spain but the region that put Spain on the wine map is Rioja. Located in northcentral Spain, Rioja has a long tradition of wine production.
A new generation of wine producers has added a different interpretation of the tempranillo, the primary Rioja grape. We’ll be based in Logroño at the epicenter of the wine region and home to the most famous tapas area in the world- Calle Laurel.
We invite you to join us as we experience the best that this heralded wine region has to offer.
After a truly idyllic visit we leave from Bilbao on October 15 or you can stay on for Vin’s Basque tour that starts the same day in Bilbao.
